Brooke K. Pruitt

BIOGRAPHY

Brooke K. Pruitt was born and raised in Mobile, Alabama, the home of Mardi Gras! She is a graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham where she received a Bachelor of Art in Political Science concentrating on American Government and Political Theory, with a minor in Business Administration. She then graduated with her Juris Doctor from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law. While attending law school, Brooke studied abroad at the University of Cambridge in Cambridge, England, focusing on international law and global issues regarding education, equal rights, and human rights.

Prior to joining Durham Law Group, Ms. Pruitt focused on personal injury cases arising from automobile and trucking accidents. Prior to that, she worked within the Healthcare industry representing various hospital systems against health insurance carriers. She then went on to practice Estate Planning with an emphasis on asset protection and maximizing independence. This experience has provided Ms. Pruitt with additional skills to fully assess her client’s needs to the best of her ability.

In her free time, Ms. Pruitt enjoys volunteering with the New Life Community Alliance (NLCA) and educating others on the importance of Estate Planning. She also enjoys photography, traveling, horseback riding, kickboxing, building Lego sets, and spending time with her family, friends, and her goldendoodle, Jasper. She also enjoys attending WNBA games supporting the Las Vegas Aces and the Atlanta Dream.
