BIOGRAPHY
Preston Mueller serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Durham Law Group, P.C., where he works closely with the firm’s attorneys and staff to oversee the firm’s operations and ensure that clients receive the highest level of service throughout their cases. With a background in law, financial services, and real estate, Mr. Mueller brings a diverse perspective to the firm’s approach to representing personal injury clients.
Prior to joining Durham Law Group, Mr. Mueller worked in the financial services industry for a credit union with approximately $2.5 Billion in assets, primarily handling real estate and collections matters. Before entering the financial services industry, he practiced creditor-side bankruptcy law, specializing in Chapter 13 trustee work. His experience in both law and finance has provided him with a strong understanding of the financial considerations that often accompany significant legal matters.
Mr. Mueller received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan, graduating with honors with a major in Economics and a minor in Statistics. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Georgia and before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
Outside of the office, Mr. Mueller enjoys spending time with his wife and their three children, reading, volunteering, and tackling home improvement projects. Above all, he enjoys spending time with his family and making the most of the time outside of work.
